Background

Bergin earned a biology degree from Idaho State University and a law degree from Gonzaga University. She clerked for a district judge, worked for 16 years in the Twin Falls County Prosecutor’s Office, later practiced law, and was selected as a Twin Falls County magistrate judge in 2024.
