The county voter pamphlet describes him as a fourth-generation Idaho farm kid, owner of Tubbs Berry Farm, and a 10-year manager of the Twin Falls County Pest Abatement District; it also lists volunteer and emergency-service roles. The governor’s office reported that she had lived in Twin Falls for more than 40 years when appointed county commissioner in 2025.
